Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has introduced its advanced 3PE anti-corrosion pipe coating production line, which uses a three-layer coating technology widely applied in the anti-corrosion treatment of pipelines for oil, gas, water, and other fluid transmission. The 3PE coating consists of a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) base layer, an adhesive middle layer, and an outer polyethylene (PE) layer, effectively preventing corrosion and extending the service life of pipelines. This production line can handle steel pipes with diameters ranging from Φ159mm to Φ4200mm, meeting various anti-corrosion requirements. The line includes several advanced systems, such as steel pipe transportation, surface treatment, dust collection, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying, coating, cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic control, and detection systems. These systems work together to ensure uniform and strong coating layers, with precise control over coating thickness, ensuring superior anti-corrosion, wear resistance, UV protection, and more. The 3PE coating significantly enhances the pipeline's mechanical strength, electrical insulation, waterproofing, wear resistance, and anti-aging properties, making it suitable for long-term use in harsh environments. Huashida's 3PE anti-corrosion pipe coating production line meets several industry standards, including SY/T0413-2002, GB/T23257-2009, and more, and has been exported to countries like Russia, Iran, India, and others, earning wide recognition.
