Since the beginning of this year, the production workshops of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. have remained in a state of full-capacity operation. Orders for plastic machinery equipment, including insulation pipe production lines, 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production lines, and steel pipe internal & external epoxy resin spray coating anti-corrosion production lines, have seen steady growth from domestic customers, with a significant increase in orders from international clients.
As the year draws to a close,Huashida still holds orders worth 30 million yuan and is working overtime to fulfill them.
Among these orders, several notable domestic clients have contributed significantly to Huashida’s order volume. Shanxi Hailong Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. has successively purchased a steel pipe epoxy powder anti-corrosion external coating production line and a one-step polyurethane insulation pipe production line from Huashida, and has also introduced an elbow shot blasting rust removal equipment.
Shanxi Zhendexing Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. has ordered multiple production lines, including an insulation pipe production line and an electric heat fusion welding belt production line. This long-term, friendly partner has now acquired six sets of equipment from Huashida, further solidifying the strong business relationship.
Yulin Pipeline Co., Ltd. has ordered both PE water supply pipeline production lines and insulation pipe production lines from Huashida. These installations will contribute to the infrastructure development and public services, such as heating and water supply projects, in the Yulin region.
Among these orders, international clients have also played a key role in driving Huashida’s production capacity. From Kazakhstan, Huashida received an order for a 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line from Atyrau Pipeline Anti-Corrosion Company. This marks the fourth time the company has re-purchased a 3PE anti-corrosion production line from Huashida. The latest order, a 1420mm diameter model, follows a recent signing of a 10 million yuan comprehensive procurement contract, with this being an additional purchase project.
In Russia, Huashida has secured an order for an insulation pipe production line from SPV Pipeline Company in Moscow, a long-term, trusted partner. This time, they extended their cooperation by ordering a 530-1620mm 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line. SPV Pipeline Company has become a benchmark client for Huashida in Russia, setting an industry standard and serving as a guide for future partnerships in the region.
Additionally, the orders also include clients from the UAE, Nigeria, Iran, and other countries, further solidifying Huashida's expanding global presence.
To successfully complete the large volume of orders, Huashida has built a powerful technical design team and is continuously recruiting skilled workers, including fitters, machinists, welders, and other specialists. At the same time, the company is strengthening its management team and conducting training to enhance the leadership capabilities of management personnel. This training also focuses on improving the operational skills of workers on the job.
These efforts are laying a solid foundation for the timely and high-quality delivery of equipment orders to clients, ensuring that Huashida maintains its reputation for excellence in production and customer satisfaction.
