Huang Baodong, founder, chairman and general manager of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., was born in the late 1960s and grew up in China's new era of reform and opening up. He walked out of a small county town in Shanxian, Shandong, and opened up a vast territory in the field of mechanical equipment many years later.
Huang Baodong was admitted to Zhengzhou University in 1993. After graduation,He held a technical position in a machinery factory in Weifang, Shandong. He was down-to-earth, hardworking, devoted to studying technology, and overcame difficulties in the field. After years of precipitation and tempering, he led the team to carry out technical confrontations many times and defeated competitors. The young Huang Baodong emerged in the industry.
In 2003, Huang Baodong left his original company and decided to start his own business in a different industry track. On June 26, 2003, he rented a 200-square-meter factory in a place called Zhujiawa in Laoshan District, Qingdao. After repeated consideration, the three words "Huashida" flashed in his mind and became three-dimensional. The word "Hua" is the Chinese people's beautiful name for their motherland. It has been rooted in their hearts for thousands of years and has the deepest national heritage. "Shi" represents the highest talent, and "Da" means to reach and succeed.
