1. Variable bend pipe conveyor line
Breaking through the overall framework of conventional conveyor lines, a "variable elbow pipe conveyor line" with a fixed anti-corrosion center for bent pipes has been designed, allowing pipes with different elbow pipe diameters, curvature radii, and angles to undergo anti-corrosion operations on the same production line.
2. Precise arc determination technology
Developed precise arc determination technology, using alloy expansion heads to enlarge the diameter of steel pipes and eliminate internal stress during heating deformation. Subsequently, rapid cooling and tempering treatment were carried out to obtain precise curved pipes, overcoming the problem that existing CNC equipment cannot accurately handle springback, elongation, and forming radius.
3. Coaxial winding device for curved pipes
A coaxial winding device for curved pipelines has been designed, which adopts the asynchronous principle of inner and outer shafts and the internal expansion and contraction diameter technology to solve the problem of winding with different diameters rotating at the same line speed, achieving continuous and precise automatic winding.
4. Spray coating technology
Developed Elbow pipe external high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology to achieve automatic electrostatic spraying processing. Effectively improve the uniformity of surface spraying on steel pipes. The surface coating is thin, uniform, and has good glossiness. At the same time, the coating has good adhesion, high hardness, and good corrosion resistance.
5. Sulfide boiling technology
Applied fluidized boiling technology to achieve automatic control of FBE powder heating and melting. Easy to operate, low energy consumption, and stable physical performance.
