One-step process is Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. own unique innovative technology. One-step process is also one of the four processes of domestic insulation pipe equipment . It is also known as "one-time molding process" belong to continuous production process., and the internal gas filling process, two-step process and the most widely used pipe-in-pipe process, there are obvious differences.

One-step process of insulation pipe equipment, its specific molding process are as following: the steel pipe in the transmission line axial forward (no rotation)--outside the working steel pipe extrude HDPE jacket-- in its ring space through special equipment finish the PU foam insulation layer on the same station, foaming curing. In this way, the production of PE outer protection layer and PU insulation layer can be completed at once.

This production process is highly automated, but due to the flow limitation of the extruder, it is difficult to match the foaming molding process due to the need for more materials, the extrusion process is too slow, and the curing time is long.It is easy to cause eccentricity of steel pipe and insulation layer.

 

The insulation pipe equipment using one-step process has the advantages of high automation and high production efficiency. However, the investment is large, the process is more complex, and the large-diameter pipe is difficult to produce, generally can produce a diameter of D57-426mm diameter insulation pipe, can also reach the diameter of D500-600mm pipe diameter.
