If 2003 marked the founding year of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., then 21 years later, 2024 is destined to be a landmark year for Huashida Manufacturing as it conquers one pinnacle after another in the global market for plastic machinery and pipe production.
In 2024, Qingdao Huasida Machinery Co., Ltd. invested 20 million yuan exclusively in Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, planning an 8,000-square-meter modern factory and establishing Yulin Huajian Pipeline Co., Ltd. Leveraging Huashida’s brand influence, advanced design and R&D capabilities, and robust pipeline equipment manufacturing expertise, the company has launched its first phase of equipment, including PE insulation pipe equipment, foamed insulation pipe equipment, and water supply pipeline equipment. These facilities will primarily produce high-quality pipes for oil and gas transportation, heating and thermal supply, and water supply and drainage.
To achieve this vision, Huashida assembled a three-member team led by Huangbaomin as General Manager and Wu Yuanpeng as the Technical Director. The team successfully manufactured insulation pipe production lines, foam pipe platform machines, and PE water supply pipe production lines, while recruiting 30 local workers.
The goal is to continuously increase investment and enhance the technological content of its products, not only injecting fresh vitality into Yulin’s industrial development but also transforming Huajian Pipeline into a cutting-edge enterprise specializing in the production of new green pipelines, including large-scale heating pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, and large-scale water supply and drainage pipelines.
In 2024, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. invested $1 million to build a production base for 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipmentin Gulistan, Syrdarya Region, Uzbekistan. Chairman Huang Baodong led a delegation to visit the Uzbek Ambassador to China and the Syrdarya regional government. Following his participation in the Uzbekistan-Central Asia-China Economic and Cultural Forum, he was interviewed by journalists from local newspapers, radio, television, and new media.
During the interview, Chairman Huang shared his insights on Uzbekistan-China economic cooperation and HSD’s role in contributing to local economic development. He expressed the company's willingness to bring Huashida’s advanced 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production technology, proven management expertise, and exceptional corporate culture to a friendly nation like Uzbekistan. This initiative aims to contribute meaningfully to Uzbekistan’s infrastructure development and strengthen bilateral economic ties.
In 2024, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. conducted a series of visits and meetings with various levels of government officials and business representatives in Saudi Arabia. The discussions focused on plans to establish a pipeline equipment production base in Riyadh. Through extensive interactions, Huashida showcased its advanced technology and superior processes in insulation pipe production lines and 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production lines.
These efforts helped Saudi stakeholders in the oil industry gain a deeper understanding of Huashida’s technological strengths, laying a solid foundation for the construction of a pipeline equipment production base in Saudi Arabia.
