Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has been expanding its high-end plastic machinery equipment to international markets, including insulation pipe production line and spray foaming insulation pipe production line. Recently, the company launched its wrapped steel pipe 3LPE anti-corrosion production line in Kazakhstan, marking the first time Huashida introduced a production line using spiral winding technology for anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes in the country.
Huashida's first product to Kazakhstan was a 3PE anti-corrosion production line using a coating process, which was delivered to Atyrau Anti-Corrosion Pipeline Company in 2018. At the time, the company was just starting and had limited financial resources. They initially purchased a 325-type small diameter line. After the pipes were well-received in the market, Atyrau increased orders and expanded its operations, leading to the purchase of larger 530-type equipment. Huashida continued to supply them with new equipment as their needs grew.
Huashida’s 3PE anti-corrosion production lines are known for their advanced technology, fast production speed, and reliable quality, earning high customer satisfaction. The company provides 24/7 support and proactive assistance through on-site visits or video consultations. Over the years, the trust between Huashida and Atyrau has strengthened. Earlier this year, Atyrau invited Huashida’s Chairman, Mr. Huang Baodong, for a business visit, leading to a 10-million-yuan purchase agreement, followed by additional projects. The latest collaboration resulted in the first launch of the 1420-type spiral steel pipe 3PE anti-corrosion production line in Kazakhstan, marking a new milestone in their partnership.
