On March 16, 2025, Qingdao Huashida officially completed the delivery of the customized sheet production line for the customer of Heilongjiang province China, and shipped it to the customer's factory on the same day. This is the second cooperation between the customer and Huashida Insulation Pipe Equipment and 3PE Steel Pipe Anti-corrosion Equipment Company. It is not only a continuation of the long-term trust between the two parties, but also another milestone for Huashida to help customers reduce costs and increase efficiency with technological innovation.
Recalling that this customer purchased 7 sets of vacuum calibrating and insulation pipe equipment from Huashida around 2017. After the purchase was completed and delivered, we went to the customer's site for debugging and training and had in-depth communication with the customer. After using it for a period of time, the customer highly recognized the stability and after-sales service of Huashida's vacuum calibrating and insulation pipe equipment products.
During the construction process, it was found that the insulation pipes were produced by purchasing electric hot melt sleeves and electric hot melt tapes for a long time. As the business scale expands, the outsourcing model exposes the dual problems of rising procurement costs and insufficient product quality control.
Based on the dual needs of cost control and quality improvement, the customer made a strategic adjustment in 2024 and decided to invest in the construction of its own sheet production line. After market research and technical evaluation, the customer still chose Huashida as a partner and planned to visit Huashida for sheet line equipment inspection in September-October 2024.
Due to the conflict of the customer's schedule, the trip was not made, and finally came to Huashida for a field inspection and negotiation in February 2025. During the period, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on core issues such as equipment technical parameters, production process optimization, and after-sales service guarantee.
During the visit, the customer learned about the automatic control system, energy-saving technology and production efficiency of the sheet production line in detail, and watched the equipment operation demonstration on site. The technical team of Huashida has deeply optimized the needs of customers, and finally, with the comprehensive advantages of "leading technology, caring service and rapid response", the two sides have officially signed a contract on the day of the inspection.
After signing the contract, Huashida quickly started the production process and strictly controlled each process to ensure that the production of the equipment was completed in March. The line uses an intelligent control system to achieve high-precision sheet extrusion and molding, with high energy efficiency and easy operation, which is expected to reduce customers' costs by more than 30% and significantly improve production flexibility.
