In 2019, Zhendexing introduced its first Heat shrinkable sleeve production line from Huashida, laying a solid foundation for its business development. In 2022, Zhendexing successively introduced Huashida 550, 960, and 1380 Pre Insulated Pipe Production Line insulation pipe production line equipment, further expanding production capacity. At the end of last year, Zhende Xing imported the 2400 Type Pipe Electrofusion Belt Extrusion Line from Huashida.
After the successful trial and production of the Pipe Electrofusion Belt Extrusion Line in Zhendexing, the production width gradually increased according to the order situation. Huashida promptly dispatched extrusion expert Huang Baoping to provide technical guidance, and carried out mentoring from both process and formula aspects, cultivating a group of technical talents for Zhendexing.
